By accessing and using NextStepPrep services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

NextStepPrep provides professional mock interview services conducted by experienced professionals with backgrounds at top technology companies. Our services include but are not limited to:

• System Design Interview preparation
• Behavioral Interview coaching
• People Manager Interview preparation
• Comprehensive interview packages
• Post-session feedback and notes

3. Payment Terms

Satisfaction Guarantee: Payment is only required after completion of your mock interview session and only if you are satisfied with the service provided. If you are not satisfied, you have no payment obligation.

Payment Methods: We accept payment through the methods specified in your booking confirmation email.

Refunds: Due to our satisfaction guarantee policy, refunds are not applicable as payment is only collected after satisfactory service delivery.

4. Booking and Cancellation

Booking: All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. No cancellation fees apply.

No-Shows: Failure to attend your scheduled session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of your booking.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

Confidentiality: All mock interview sessions are conducted in strict confidence. We will not share your personal information, interview performance, or any details discussed during sessions with third parties.

Recording: Sessions are not recorded. No audio, video, or other recordings are made of your mock interview sessions.

Personal Information: You are not required to share your real name, current employer, or other identifying information during sessions.

6. Service Limitations

Current Employer Information: Due to current employment obligations, we cannot provide specific details about current employer interview processes. We can only share general best practices and techniques applicable across the industry.

Guarantees: While we provide guidance and feedback to help improve your interview performance, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes in actual job interviews.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when booking sessions
• Attend scheduled sessions on time
• Maintain professional conduct during sessions
• Respect the confidentiality of other participants if in group settings
• Use the service for legitimate interview preparation purposes only

8. Limitation of Liability

NextStepPrep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and intellectual property provided during mock interview sessions remain the property of NextStepPrep unless otherwise specified. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share materials without written permission.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
